During my business trip, I took advantage of the recreational opportunities at Gateway On Monash, including the outdoor pool, sauna, and fitness center. the staff was very friendly, making my stay pleasant. I easily found parking and appreciated the convenient location off the main road. the amenities, while old, were mostly functional, and the air conditioning was a welcome feature. The room I was upgraded to without extra payment was spacious and comfortable. Cons: Rooms were smoked in.

Impressive and reasonably large room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Nice view and a shower, hairdryers, and a spa bathtub in the bathroom. A particularly good location in front of bars and restaurants.

The venue is fairly clean, with handy location near to Chadstone and a drive-through coffee place and restaurants and Melbourne. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Excellent service, the breakfast is delicious. Btw parking is possible on-site. They serve lots of meals, the food I tried was savoury! Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay.

Appreciated the place, had a very pleasant stay on a business trip. The rooms were impressive and neat, were equipped with a modern bathroom and a fridge plus a fancy kettle. The setting was handy, close to a shopping area and public transport.

Great spot for a quick stay! The location was super convenient, especially for city visits. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfy, though the cleanliness could've been better. Loved the spacious spa bath, even if I didn’t get a chance to use it. Decent value for money!
